Exceptional venue for your upcoming event.  Offering space to accommodate up to 150 guests.  Hosting corporate events, family reunions, or any upcoming celebration you have in mind.

We are a  family farm located in Newborn, Georgia. This beautiful country environment is perfect for a rustic-inspired event. The property is nestled in the lush and green Morgan County, situated on 20 acres of pristine land that is host to a cabin, barn, pond, wooden bridge in the forest for a photo shoot, lounge, and gorgeous pavilion. The pavilion boasts string lighting as well as a brick dance floor. It is furnished with a heating and air system and more tables to accommodate up to 150 guests.

Our price for rent of the farm is $15 per person for the Friday and Saturday events. Our rental time is   4:00 pm until   11:00pm. Our facility has a  parking spaces, a outside kitchen,  farm style tables/ round banquet tables and white chairs, bar area, ice,  dance floor and pavilion with string lighting, stage for a Band, DJ, ETC… We offer a vendor’s list but you are welcome to use vendors of your choice. We have a lot of decorations available for you to use but too numerous to list below.

Tableware, plasticware, beverage napkins, & ice for bar are included. Upgrade to glassware at bar for $3.00 per person

All catering provided by RHONDA SIMPLY SOUTHERN. Menu must be confirmed with  Event Coordinator. Usage fees for catering is $15 per person.

The minimum number of guests required to book our venue is 50.
