Weekend Package:
$4,000
The venue package starts at $4,000, depending on the season. A $1,750 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the event. Our rental period is from Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday at 10:00 a.m. We allow 3 hours on Friday evening for the rehearsal dinner, and the bridal party (ladies) may stay overnight in the bridal suite. The bride and groom also get to use the apartment as a honeymoon suite on the night of the wedding.
Sunday Package:
$2,750
The total price for 2026/27 starts at $2,750 and includes access from Sunday at 11:00 a.m. until Monday at 10:00 a.m. A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the event. We also allow 3 hours on Thursday evening (or Wednesday evening) for the rehearsal dinner. Additionally, the bride and groom may use the apartment as a honeymoon suite on the night of the wedding.
Weekday package (Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday):
The total price for 2026/2027 starts at $2,000 and includes access from Monday (Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday) at 11am until Tuesday (Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday) at 10am. A $700 deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the event. We also allow 3 hours for the rehearsal dinner. The bride and groom also get to use the apartment as a honeymoon suite the night of the wedding.
The maximum capacity for an event at this venue is 146 guests.
INCLUDED IN ALL OF OUR PACKAGES:
- 3-hour rehearsal/dinner (5pm-8pm (6pm-9pm) on Friday for the Weekend package/ on Thursday for the Sunday package)
- 4 ceremony locations to choose from (1 Indoor & 3 Outdoor)
- a large selection of decorations for the ceremony and reception (Our decorations are constantly being updated and replenished)
- decoration of ceremony and reception places
- a barn, a fully furnished apartment to be used as a bridal suite, grooms lounge, outside kitchen, pavilion with string lighting and heating/air system, playground.
- 8 farm style tables with bench seating, 5 round banquet tables with chairs, cake tables, tables for gifts, favors & guest book- bar area, dance floor, serving tables, and a place for the DJ.
- parking service on-site.
FREE SERVICES OFFERED in all wedding packages:

- antique doors, white arch with/without doors, bench style seating, whiskey barrels, 4 types of canisters for your favorite flowers.

A $500.00 damage deposit is due the evening of rehearsal. Once a walk thru is done on Sunday/Monday of the facility to insure clean up and no major damage the deposit is then refunded to you.
